Super good food everything was great spicy chicken was my favorite. Will eat there again for sure
What a nice little fine. I was in the mood for a hot chicken sandwich and this place delivered. Everything is made to order but the service was fast. I had the hot chicken sandwich with a side of mashed potatoes. The sandwich was awesome. More breading than I expected but the crunch is perfect for each bite. The mashed potatoes are also creamy and buttery.
I don't usually go for tenders, but these tenders were well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. Paired with a special limited peach habañero sauce, they were so good!
please note that the shop is a little hard to find if you're not familiar with it. We tried the original chicken sandwich and the hot chicken tenders. Breading was perfectly crispy, meat was delicious. Portions are very good for the price.
Tucked away in a cozy nook amidst a cluster of businesses, this pop-up restaurant is like a hidden treasure. Make sure you head straight to the back; you don't want to accidentally end up queuing for 11th Hour coffee! Seating can be a bit of a quest since it shares space with a bar and a mini-mall, but the hunt is part of the fun. I tried the Brunch Special--available only on select days--a mouthwatering Crispy Chicken sandwich crowned with a poached egg, hollandaise sauce, and hash browns. It was a gut-busting masterpiece! I can't wait to return to try their classic fried chicken sandwich.
Food: went with the Original Tenders & Mac & Cheese. The tenders were buttered and cooked to perfection. Great flavor with a nice crunch! The Mac & Cheese is made with large shells and a creamy white cheese that reminded me of Velveeta. If you like Velveeta, then you'll love this Mac & Cheese Ambiance: Just a hole in the wall spot in a residential area. You just walk up to the back of a building, place your order, wait about 10min, and either grab and go or eat in a back patio area. Parking: Street parking with plenty of open spots. Think residential street parking and this is it.
That's a darn good Chicken Sandwich. Really nothing bad to say about it. So so crispy, and also juicy. How do they do it? Also, the slaw and the sriracha aioli went beautifully with it. I got the Nashville Hot version, and it was the perfect amount of hot for me - not too much, but clearly there. Fries were solid. Potato salad was decent. Not super interesting, but not bad. Had dill in it, so not for non dill people. The line thing that many people mention is a thing. But I think if you go in knowing that you are going to wait in line, it's ok. Once you order then the food comes out pretty quickly - 15 minish. So here's what you should do - get there early, and bring a friend. Send one friend inside to the After Hours bar and get your friend and yourself a drink. And then drink it in line while you wait to order and enjoy each other's company. The shared outdoor dining space is great. My kids also like the chicken and the fries.
Chicken sandwiches were awesome! Super big too. Wish I could add cheese though. The slaw was awesome and added a nice freshness crunch. Also LOVED the mashed potatoes and gravy. I could have a whole vat of that stuff. Didn't like the potato salad though. Too much horseradish and dill. Would very much recommend Chubb's though
Ordered a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with Slaw for $14 after tax via their website which quoted 20 mins but took 35 mins instead. Their busy and there's always a short line. It's just a takeout window but you can sit at any of the nearby tables shared by the neighboring businesses. Parking is not too bad, near residential area Not the best Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich I've had, but pretty good. Only thing it was lacking was spice. Chicken was a decent size, nicely seasoned, not too salty, perfectly crispy. Coleslaw was good and packed in an individual container (good idea) so sandwich doesn't get soggy before you eat it. Bun was soft and fresh. Great for those who can't handle spice and want a good fried chicken sandwich
